Terms

  1. The Company shall be liable for damages if the Company or its agents intentionally or negligently cause damage to the customer in the performance of the travel contract. However, this liability is limited to damages notified to the Company within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage.
  2. However, the Company shall not be liable under item 1 above if the customer suffers damage due to the following reasons, unless it is proven that the Company or its agents acted intentionally or negligently.
    • Natural disasters, war, riots, or changes to the travel schedule or cancellation of the travel due to these events
    • Damages arising from accidents or fires at transportation or accommodation facilities
    • Suspension of services by transportation or accommodation facilities or changes to the travel schedule or cancellation of the travel due to these reasons
    • Changes to the travel schedule or cancellation of the travel due to orders from governmental authorities
    • Accidents during free time
    • Food poisoning
    • Theft
    • Delays, disruptions, changes in schedule, or changes in route by transportation services, or changes to the travel schedule or shortening of the duration of stay at the destination due to these events
  3. The Company will compensate for damages related to baggage as described in item 1 above, notwithstanding the provisions of the same item, only if notified to the Company within 14 days from the day following the occurrence of the damage, up to a limit of 150,000 yen per customer (unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company).
  4. If you do not agree to the following conditions, the Company cannot assume responsibility as outlined in item 1.
    • I acknowledge that bicycles have safety limits and can be dangerous depending on unexpected situations and how they are used
    • I understand that the bicycles provided by the Company do not guarantee complete safety for users
    • In case the bicycles and other equipment lent by the Company are lost or stolen and cannot be returned, I will pay the full individual price
    • I will join "Bicycle Damage Liability Insurance" or a daily "Leisure Insurance" to prepare for accidents caused by my own responsibility
    • During the tour, I will follow the instructions of the guide
    • I will strictly adhere to traffic rules and ride safely
    • Any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the bicycle tour will be my responsibility
    • Regardless of any responsibility or obligation, I will not transfer liability or claim damages from the Company for any accident, injury, or damage
    • Weather conditions, traffic, force majeure, or other circumstances may lead to the cancellation of events
    • I will not raise any objections against the Company or the event organizers regarding the cancellation of events

Cancel Policy

By booking a tour, you agree to the following.

  1. Changes and Cancellation of Tours
    • If for some unavoidable reason it becomes difficult for you to participate in the tour, you can reschedule or cancel the tour by contacting us.
    • Please note that the following rules will apply in case of cancellation
      • Conditions
      • Cancellation charge
      • After 5:00 p.m. on the day before the tour or without notice on the day of the tour
      • 100% of tour fee
      • After 5:00 p.m. 2 days before the tour
      • 50% of tour fee
      • By 5:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the tour
      • No cancellation fee required
  2. Tour cancellation policy due to weather conditions, etc.
    • In case of light rain, the cycling tour will be held
    • If rainfall exceeds a certain level, the tour may be changed to a walking tour, etc.
    • In case of cancellation due to a typhoon or natural disaster, we will notify the customer by 5:00 p.m. the day before the event and refund the full amount.
    • Tour may be cancelled due to sudden weather changes on the day of the tour.
    • Please note that no refunds will be made in case of cancellation or interruption due to sudden weather changes on the day of the event.
  3. Refunds for Advance Payment
    • If you cancel a pre-paid tour, we will refund your money according to our cancellation policy
    • Tours paid by credit card will be refunded by credit card
    • The month in which the payment is processed may differ depending on the closing date of your credit card and the date of cancellation of your reservation.
    • If a cancellation fee is incurred, the refund will be processed after the first payment is canceled in the system, and the amount of the cancellation fee will be deducted newly.
  4. If a refund occurs before the billing is finalized (closing date)
    • We will refund the difference between the price after the change or cancellation through your credit card company.
    • Depending on the credit card company's closing date, the tour fee may be debited and then refunded again.
  5. If a refund occurs after the billing is finalized (closing date)
    • The full amount of your bill will be deducted from your credit card account. The credit card company will then credit the difference to your credit card after the change or cancellation.
    • Depending on the credit card closing date, it may take 1-2 months for the refund
